What Payment Methods do you accept?

Currently, you can complete your purchase with payment through Paypal or Credit Card. Paypal is one of the largest online payment platforms and allows you to pay with most bank and credit cards. You will be redirected to the PayPal website, and after having entered your information and confirmed, the payment will be made. You will not be required to create a PayPal account. All payment information and transactions are with Paypal.

If you want to pay directly by credit card, we offer credit card payment through our payment provider Stripe. Stripe is a leading online payment processing firm.

In any case, no credit card or payment details will be taken or held by LoveOcha.com. The data is only stored and processed at the Payment Processing firms (Paypal or Stripe). The data is directly typed in into the interface of the payment providers.

How are the orders shipped?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you place your order. After that, if you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched you will be issued with a full refund in due course. If your items have been dispatched you will then need to follow the returns procedure.

What are the Return policies?

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 14 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in an undamaged condition.

Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not conform with the order you placed.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of posting.

If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the goods have been delivered to you. Further, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products, which are unused and in an “as new” condition.

To cancel an order please inform us via email pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery note so that we receive it within 14 days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.

As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Our Prices

While we do not update our exchange rates regularly, since we wish to keep our prices stable, we nonetheless reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Of course, this does not affect the order you have placed before the price change.

Customs and Import Duties

When items are shipped across national borders, customs duties, import charges and local taxes may apply, depending on the country.

Given the different laws from one country to the next, every case is a special case. Thus, the amount that you pay when your order is taken does not include these kinds of additional costs, which may apply.

Usually, the duties are due for shipments above a certain value and due to be paid on receipt of the shipment. You are responsible for paying the additional costs if required by the laws of your country. We cannot take any responsibility for this.
