Hoshinomura where Takaki Farm is located is historically famous for producing the best Gyokuro. This traditional premium Gyokuro is grown in Natural tea field which is more than 100years old. The tea field is covered for more than 20days before harvest by straws which shut more than 95% sunlight. Every tea leaves are plucked gently by experts. Shading the field helps to increase amino acid which gives tea more umami and sweetness.

How to brew this tea: Recipe for one cup
Tea leaves 3g (one heaped tea spoon), hot water 20ml-40ml, water temperature 35℃, brewing time 2-3mins. Please pour tea until the last drop into your cup . Then you’ll enjoy brewing for three times.
