Delivery and Shipping

The tea from the shop are all shipped and handled directly by the affiliate tea farmers to ensure fresh and best quality of the products. LoveOcha handles the orders as a platform for the affiliates. Therefore, products are directly shipped from Japan.

Currently, we can ship to every country in the EU.

All shipments are by Japan Post and will be delivered by the respective national postal firms. Delivery time usually is between 8 and 16 working days.  The actual delivery time is subject to your locality, and potential custom clearance, so it is impossible to pinpoint the exact arrival date.

Shipments are currently all by airmail using International ePacket services of Japan Post. This uses the capacity of commercial aircrafts and thus depends on the schedules and capacity of the commercial flights. Packages are tracked and insured. You will receive tracking information in most countries and confirmation of delivery. There is a weight restriction of 2 kg. If your order is over 2 kg, the order will be split in multiple shipments. The package is insured for a maximum value of 55 Euros  (approximate value subject to change depending on exchange rate fluctuations).

Shipping Cost

As the shipments are sent from every farmer directly, the shipping costs are charged from each of the farms.

The shipping fees are £4.25 per farm. As example, if your order includes products of two farms then the total shipping fee is £8.50. Information about the shipping fees and the farms are shown in the shipping cart.

If the total order value exceeds £100.00, the shippings will be free.

Track and Trace your shipment

All shipments are sent with tracking numbers via Japan Post and the corresponding national postal provider. We will provide you with a tracking number which you can check online on the website of the postal services. Please enter the 13-digit number without space.
